• Quintessential students, distinguished executives, honourable members and colleagues,


 I,Onyekachi Francisco Ogbodo, formally declare my interest in serving as your Director of Academic Planning.

 As someone who has earned runner up positions in several state-level quiz competitions, participated in and won in intra-school intellectual contests, and most recently became a winner in the Nigeria in 10 Quiz Competition organized by the Students’ Union Government (SUG) of our great institution, I have come to appreciate how much planning, consistency, and mentorship influence student success.

 My passion for education isn’t theoretical. I’ve spent the last few years helping students unlock their academic potential through private coaching, content creation, and real-time classroom experience. I believe that with the right academic planning in place, many more students can rise above average, stay informed, and perform beyond expectations.

 This office is not just about titles to me. It is about making academic life clearer, better structured, and more supportive for everyone — from the highly motivated to those silently struggling.

 I know many students keep asking, “What exactly are you going to do for us?” and it’s a fair question. Here’s my honest answer: I want to be that student leader who makes academics feel less confusing. From helping you stay updated with class schedules and materials, to organizing academic support forums, study groups, and helpful breakdowns before exams — my goal is to make sure no one is left behind. Whether you're aiming for distinction or simply trying to pass, there’ll be something structured to support your journey.

 If elected, I will prioritize:
✔ Practical academic timelines
✔ Better access to learning resources
✔ Student-friendly communication and academic guidance
✔ More collaboration between students and the academic board

 I may not have all the answers, but I have the dedication, experience, and drive to find them — and to serve every student with focus and purpose.

 If elected, part of my vision is to position Peaceland among the top 10 institutions distinguished for academic excellence, especially in national and international competitions. I believe our students have what it takes to shine anywhere, and with the right support, Peaceland students will become recognised voices and faces of excellence beyond the four walls of this institution.
